CEA is a secular community, welcoming people from all religions and traditions that teach compassion. Our approach is secular yet spiritual. We welcome people of all cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds and people from any racial identity, socio-economic class, sexual orientation, gender, age, education and ability. We are actively seeking to increase the diversity of our teaching team and encourage individuals from populations that are often underrepresented in contemplative education to apply.
